Undue Influence or not doing your job

Among other examples, these quotes from the QHW demonstrate that Scholz' motto of "Protecting our rights, respecting our values" makes for spiffy campaign literature, but it is not supported by the record.

Scholz went on to say:

Scholz said. "So my practice generally -- and I think it's the correct procedure, while others might differ -- is to allow the Plan Commission to make its own decision without a lot of undue influence."

Without a lot of undue influence? Didn't want to interfere with the decision making process? Really? Why are you even in the room then?

Rules are for the little people: Part III

Hey Reg, you can't go to the Golden Kiwanis under the guise of speaking as an "expert" on Lincoln history, wear your "Reg for Tres" badge and hand out campaign literature. Not my rules, it's the IRS that says so. It's about time to start filing complaints with the ISBE.

The Golden Kiwanis is not the only 501(c)3 Reg has abused during his campaign.

I'm sure whoever's $575.00 Fischer used to pay his fine during his last campaign to the Illinois State Board of Elections didn't intend for it to be used for that. Wonder what he did wrong? It shouldn't surprise anyone. It's the same careless way he uses our tax dollars.
